Once it's on, it's good to go. Just be aware that when it's new, it'll stretch fairly quickly. Make sure to keep up with the adjustment on it. Eventually it'll settle into the regular stretch pattern.
A side note, make sure to loosen the bolts on your sprockets BEFORE removing your rear wheel and chain. It's much easier to do with an impact, but you can throw a 2x4 through the rear wheel to brace it if you need to do it with a ratchet. Good luck!
